Welcome to Quick Watch (“Quick Watch,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Quick Watch platform (the “Platform”), which enables parents/guardians (“Parents”) to connect with childcare providers (“Sitters”), schedule childcare, communicate, run background checks, and process payments.

By creating an account or using Quick Watch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

 

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create a Quick Watch account.

• By using the Platform, you represent that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.

• Quick Watch may suspend or terminate your account if you provide false information or violate these Terms.

 

2. Services Provided

Quick Watch provides:

• A platform for Parents to find, communicate with, and schedule childcare services with Watchers.

• In-app messaging and scheduling tools.

• Secure payment processing.

• Optional background checks for an additional fee.

Quick Watch itself does not provide childcare services. All childcare services are arranged solely between Parents and Watchers.

 

3. User Responsibilities

Parents agree to:

• Provide accurate childcare requests, schedules, and payment details.

• Communicate respectfully with Watchers.

• Pay Watchers for services as agreed through the Platform.

Sitters agree to:

• Provide accurate profile information, including availability and experience.

• Maintain professionalism and fulfill accepted childcare commitments.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding childcare.

All users agree to:

• Not use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.

• Not upload content that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates another person’s rights.

• Not attempt to circumvent the Platform’s payment or scheduling features.

 

4. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Quick Watch’s third-party payment provider.

• Quick Watch may deduct service fees from transactions.

• All transactions are final, except as required by law. Refunds or disputes must be handled according to our dispute process.

 

5. Background Checks

• Parents may request background checks on Sitters through our third-party provider.

• Quick Watch is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of background check results.

• A clear background check does not guarantee safety. Parents are encouraged to exercise judgment when selecting Watchers.

 

6. Content & Data

• By uploading or sending content (messages, images, videos, or profile details), you grant Quick Watch a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and display that content as needed to operate the Platform.

• Quick Watch reserves the right to monitor communications and remove content that violates these Terms.

 

7. Disclaimers

• Quick Watch is a platform, not a childcare provider.

• We do not employ, endorse, or control Sitters, and we are not responsible for the quality, timing, safety, or legality of childcare services provided.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Quick Watch is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from childcare arrangements made through the Platform.

• Quick Watch is not responsible for disputes between Parents and Sitters.

• In no event shall Quick Watch’s total liability exceed the amount you paid to Quick Watch in the last 6 months.

 

9. Termination

• You may deactivate your account at any time.

• Quick Watch may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

• Certain data (such as payment records or background check requests) may be retained after termination for compliance purposes.

 

10. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas.

• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation.

• If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

 

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of Quick Watch means you agree to the updated Terms.
